Limited Custom Hats

I take a limited number of custom hats each month to ensure every piece remains one-of-a-kind and handcrafted with care.

Each Honeybee Hat Co. hat is individually designed and hand-burned, making no two hats exactly alike.

• Custom burned artwork (western, floral, celestial, wildlife, mountains, branding, and more)

• Hat colour and style preferences

• Optional add-ons such as lace stitching, leather details, cowhide, custom hat bands, charms, conchos, feathers, and other accessories

1. Submit your Custom Hat Request Form below.

2. I will review your request and contact you regarding availability, pricing, and design details.

3. If your project is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for a deposit to secure your spot in the custom queue.

4. Once your design has been finalized and your deposit has been received, your hat will be added to the production schedule.

Turnaround Time

Most custom hats require approximately 2 weeks to complete once the design has been finalized and your order has been approved.

More complex projects involving custom leather work, stitching, specialty materials, or intricate artwork may require additional time.

If you have a specific event date, please include it in your request form. While I will always do my best to accommodate timelines, completion dates cannot be guaranteed unless discussed prior to approval.

 

Custom Pricing Information

Every Honeybee Hat Co. hat is hand-burned and made one at a time. Custom pricing is based on the complexity of the design, placement of artwork, and any additional materials requested.

• Custom hats start at $250 CAD.
• Leather inlays, hand stitching, custom hat bands, charms, and other add-ons are priced separately.
• Artwork on the underside of the brim is considered an additional custom design and is priced separately. Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.
• Final pricing is confirmed once your design has been approved.
• Any design changes or additions requested after your quote has been provided may result in an updated price and turnaround time.

Important Information

• Submitting a request form does not guarantee acceptance of your custom order.

• I do not replicate exact hats. Every custom piece is designed to be uniquely yours.

• Honeybee Hat Co. reserves the right to decline custom projects based on availability, timeline requirements, or project fit.

• Due to the handmade nature of each hat, minor variations make every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
